Shipping and Returns
We would like to make sure everyone has the opportunity to purchase Hive Swimwear, so we will happily send anywhere within Australia as well as worldwide. All orders will be sent within 1 - 3 business days* of receiving your cleared payment regardless of destination.
* During promotional sales delivery time may change due to massive order backlogs and time taken to process each order.
Orders within Australia will be sent out via the quickest possible delivery method for your suburb or state. Orders up to .5kg $12.00, up to 3kg $17.00 up to 5kg $21.00.
Even though we can guarantee order processing within a 48 hour period, due to increasing problems we have been experiencing with Australia Post, we are unable to guarantee delivery even when using Express Post Services.
We endeavoured to overcome this problem by using alternative ways of delivery, however, in some circumstances we are forced to use Australia Post.
We thank you for your understanding in this regard. We are committed to offering a high level of customer service and will continue to do this.
Unfortunately we can not control what happens to your package once sent even when sent with tracking and guaranteed next day delivery.
If you feel your package has not been delivered after a reasonable time frame, please advise us as soon as possible so we can investigate and alleviate concerns.
Overseas orders usually take 7 to 10 working days. All overseas orders are sent including postal insurance or with receipt of delivery depending on destination and postal options to that destination. This is to ensure safe delivery of your order and protection of our product whilst in transit.
The cost of overseas postage is usually AUD $21 at the most.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding week-ends and holidays and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak times.
Hive Swimwear will exchange garments that are the incorrect size or style if your order isn't quite right. Garments for exchange must be returned in the same condition in which they were received including intact hygiene sticker to be granted an exchange.
Hive Swimwear will only refund on garments purchased if there is a manufacturing fault and this is at the discretion of Hive Swimwear.
All items whether for exchange or refund must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with allowance for time taken to return post.
No Refunds will be accepted on any sale items purchased. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
Additional postal costs for returns, whether refund or exchange will be honoured by Hive Swimwear in the case of a manufacturing fault. All other exchanges due to incorrect size or style chosen by the purchaser will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
